Director / Head of IT Banking (China) recruitment
Reporting to the regional Head of IT for Asia, you will be managing a team of senior / project / programme managers to deliver large scale programmes and projects application delivery for many mission critical financial / banking solultions for china and north Asia. You will also be leading a application support team to provide application support services to various important business functions. You will be playing senior stake holder management, strategic planning / management and continuously engaging senior businesses on various project initiatives.
Requirements
- Min 15 yrs of experience in IT with established financial institution
- Must have at least 10 years in management and min 5 years in senior IT management, having proven experience in managing large development and support team (min team size 100)
- Proven manager who has implemented processes, and standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English is a MUST
- Good fluency in Mandarin
- Good people manager / stakeholder management
- Must have worked in multicultural and multinational environments in regional capacity
- Good strategic thinker
- Proven experience in management role in complex metrix environment
- Experience in Prince 2 and ITIL
