Director – Head of Operations Change Delivery recruitment
With a direct team of 6 and a total headcount of 140, your role will act as a business partner to the Front Office and functional COO heads to ensure that the Operations group fully meet the needs of the business. Your key accountabilities will involve:
• Working with the senior management team to create and develop a compelling COO operating model and roadmap.
• Direct and lead a specialist team of Programme Managers to understake the day-to-day delivery of the key transformation programmes currently underway - front to back / cross product initiatives
• Financial management - all programme / portfolio planning and budget management; ensuring costs are adequately contained and targets are achieved.
• Managing a diverse group of senior stakeholders from front office through the functional COO's.
• External market facing activities to ensure that programme delivery and strategy is shaped to best practice
We are seeking applications from high calibre Change Leaders with a proven track record of delivering large complex transformation portfolios within an Investment Banking environment. You should have a proven background in Operating Model design with a a broad business knowledge across FX, Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives with deep knowledge of back office processes and platforms.
