Leading Investment Bank is looking to hire an established Finance Director as the head of Finance / Product Control. Key support areas are Daily PL, IPV, Reserving and Balance Sheet Substantiation for Trading and Decision Support, Capital Reporting for EMEA Finance. The team is currently 80 people and will continue to grow. The role also has a significant external focus to the business and external regulatory bodies so should be commercially astute, articulate and credible. You will ensuring daily and monthly support is effectively delivered to onshore managers, Providing accurate and timely service whilst ensuring all outputs are validated and delivered in accordance with Master Service Agreements / Service Level Agreements and project work covering controls enhancement, efficiency initiatives and strategic developments in order to deliver continuous improvement initiatives Should be a several year Director with significant experience with Product Control, with a strong grounding in interest rate and debt market products.
