Director / Head Process Improvement recruitment

The role aims to improve Business Management Strategy for the region through increasing processes and efficiency.

To project manage delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across S.E. Asia 

Passionate about use of technology for add-on services to clients.

Strong exposure to business and project management skills

Product knowledge within investment and credit products

Ability to understand detailed business processes yet also develop relationships at a high level

Experience of working on complex platform integration projects within a leading Investment Bank / Private Bank / Asset Management Company or a leading global consulting firm

Minimum 10 years direct work experience working across analysis, implementation and change management

You are required to come from a strong business analysis background with specific experience in deploying processes and platform across various investment and credit products

You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must be capable of holding senior level debate at a global level
