Director I-Program Management Dulles, VA Program Management Director II Role Act as Deputy Program Management Director for MSP. Initial responsibility would be day to day operational management of key MSP business groups to gain solid experience in this unique business. Goals include expansion of current business, increased penetration of customer and development of opportunities, strengthened customer and industry relationships and gaining experience in the operational reality of small, specialized service companies. In addition, the Deputy Director is responsible for managing many of the core annual processes associated with running the business. As solid command of business fundamentals and knowledge of customer and MSP strategy is exhibited broader tasks would be delegated to prepare the incumbent for the possibility of managing the full sub-product line of information assurance services, specialized scientific and general engineering and special operational support. The addition of these strategic responsibilities would include exposure to board membership for two acquired companies, creation of sub-product line strategies, contract management, facilities planning, budgeting for the overall business and focus on the people pipeline which is the foundation of a staff augmentation and project management service enterprise. Position Description: Accountability and authority for leading and managing assigned program (s) for a segment of the MSP business portfolio. Sets strategy, vision and tactical direction for execution by multifunctional team(s) and sub-contractors. Works as part of the integrated organization responsible for meeting contractual commitments including the financial, quality, technology, and schedule performance within contractual boundaries, company expectations, and established standards. Works with the program teams to establish an executable baseline and manages the portfolio of programs risk and opportunity, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations. Sets milestones and monitors adherence to program master plans and schedules. Develops customer and program enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations; such as contracts, finance, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and administrative functions. May acts as primary customer contact on status and performance for selected programs / projects and anticipates and fulfills customer needs to ensure their satisfaction and continued business. Develops and presents to senior management the program Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long term financial outlook. Responsible for committing the program to specific financial goals and obligations in accordance with the program AOP. Focuses, evaluates, motivates and rewards the program team, enabling them to achieve desired results. Responsible for growing the program and its product(s) by ensuring ongoing customer funding of current contractual requirements, working with the customer to identify and fund further product enhancements and refinements, and identifying and pursuing additional markets and customers for the solution(s). Required Skills: Raytheon management experience at E08 or above running major programs or sub-product lines. Knowledge of core processes in the company and its philosophy. Strong Intelligence Community customer knowledge. Strong grounding in Finance, Project Mangement, Strategic Planning A record of business success including expansion of current business.
