Director/ In-house Consulting for Global Payments Company recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- Conceive, design and implement standardized consulting solutions
- Conduct client assignments as the principal consultant, bringing deep subject matter expertise, strategic insight and practical knowhow to benefit clients:
- Develop solutions to help clients overcome roadblocks and prioritize action
- Collaborate with relevant functional areas, to leverage opportunities and recommendations particularly with product functionality and availability
- Provide subject matter expertise support and knowledge transfer to the wider Consulting team
- Be the lead facilitator in ideation and action workshops for clients
- Participate in client workshops and meetings as required
- Facilitate learning workshops (e.g. Cardholder life cycle) action workshops and ideation workshops
- Maintain business landscape knowledge to provide solid context for advising clients and team members
Key Requirements
Experience with and deep understanding of both consumer credit and consumer debit products is required in this role. Experience with prepaid programs would be very beneficial.
