Director – Institutional Sales – Fixed Income recruitment
THE BANK
Strong mid-sized European platform with Institutional Sales team on mainland Europe - looking for a Director to lead the London operation
THE ROLE
Within Distribution, the IS team provides investment opportunities for the capital market based on the bank's activities and expertise. The team works closely with the bank's Structuring and Treasury teams, and Sector teams, such as Real Estate, Infrastructure, etc.
The role will cover European Institutional accounts required to distribute debt products, credits and equity products to banks, institutional investors and HNWE/family offices. The canidate will be based in the London office reporting to the Head of IS who is based in Europe. You will work together with the bank's Structuring, Treasury, Research and Coverage teams to offer the bank's clients the right information, products and solutions.
THE CANDIDATE
- 5-10 years experience in finance
- At least the last 5 concurrent years spent in Institutional Sales
- Strong understanding of the fixed income space including RMBS, Covered Bonds and CLO's
- A strong and demonstrable interest in trends in investment and financial markets
- Strong academics
- European Language highly desirable
