Director, Institutional Sales recruitment

 Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and follow up of investment services. Develop and execute sales plan to grow the firm’s client base and AUM

• Formulate and implement strategies to distribute RQFII products, RMB related products and China-focused investment products

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional distributors, existing and prospective clients, with particular focus on regional institutional clients

• Coordinate with networks of parent company to explore market opportunities

• Keep informed of industry trend. Identify and develop investment products to match clients’ needs

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines

• Proven track record of at least 5 years of fund distribution experience in investment management firms

• Candidates with established relationship with institutional investors in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea and Japan are advantage

• Good knowledge and understanding of Greater China asset management products

• Effective presentation and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure, be result oriented and self motivated

• Good command of written spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese (MUST)

• Frequent business travel maybe required

• Less experience candidate will be considered as Associate Director
