Director- Institutional Sales recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Promote  a full range of investment solutions to a target range of large corporate clients and financial institutions across the UK Ireland

• Supporting the groups largest global banking and financial institutions clients supporting the full range of asset management products and solutions

• To act as an ambassador at conferences, through trade body participations, where required, and through press articles and other public relations activity

• To participate fully in the global Institutional Marketing process and must be able to evidence this participation

• To generate proactive business opportunities

• To be responsible for the end-to-end Sales / client on boarding process.

• To manage detailed Client relationship plans in collaboration with Global Banking relationship managers

• To hold strategic level discussion with Clients to understand their needs and identify value-add investment solutions.

Experience Knowledge

• A demonstrable track record in selling pension and investment solutions to corporate clients and financial institutions within an Asset management business

• A broad range of knowledge of a variety of  investment products

• A demonstrable tracking recording in generating sales revenue

• Understanding of industry "trends"

• Strong relationship management skills with both internal and external customers

• Evidence of working across multiple teams
