The Role
As a senior member on the Internal Audit team, you will be reporting into COO, responsible for audit planning and execution for their investment banking and corporate finance businesses. You will be working closely with different business heads to ensure internal control is properly implemented, as well as recommendations to senior management on development of the existing internal audit program. You will also be responsible to manage a small team of internal auditors, to guide and grow them along with growing with the bank.
Your Profile
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Accounting, with an accounting professional qualification, with at least 4 years of internal audit experience with an investment bank/brokerage securities, prior working experience in big 4 practice firm, you will possess excellent presentation and communication skills (Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a MUST) and the ability to deal with all levels of staffs within the organization.
