Director, Leadership Management Development
Role Objectives
The incumbent to the role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a suite of Leadership and Management development programs that form the heart of the Bank’s leadership development strategy. He/she will be expected to be a Regional facilitator of these programs and consult with the business on their leadership development needs.
Responsibilities
- The incumbent assesses critical business issues and designs appropriate LTD and strategic plans to enhance organization performance
- Facilitates, designs, develops, implements and evaluates learning and talent development efforts consistent with the overall Talent Development strategies
- Establishes and maintains partnerships with business units and HR Business Partners to identify and facilitate development and placement activities
- Manage the product development life-cycle and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end planning, design and execution of solutions across the Bank
- Ensure an integrated evaluation methodology and process is developed to ensure the effectiveness of learning interventions
- Develop and govern the standards for facilitating a suite of leadership and management development programs and any newly developed products in partnership with Leadership and Management Facilitator Coach
- Based in Shanghai or Hong Kong
Qualifications Skills
- Graduate ideally and preferably with a background in people development, organisational behaviour/ psychology
- Experience in developing and facilitating senior leadership development programs and experiences
- Demonstrated ability to direct a comprehensive national-level leadership and employee development program in a related field (financial) will be given full consideration.
- A record of inspired leadership, proactive accomplishment of goals, strategic and visionary planning
- Astute organizational awareness and the ability to work with senior leaders and connect the whole enterprise
- Learning agility; sense of initiative; energy, passion, and commitment to the future
- Skilled at bringing creative ideas to reality to drive better business results
- Ability to create a positive impact and influence within the organization
