Director level Investment Banking Finance Change professional required for senior Business Analyst role at UBS recruitment
You will work as part of a highly experienced Projects team at UBS, initially focused on a high profile 2 year programme, transforming organisational reporting.
It is vital you have been previously exposed to initiatives which span the complete F2B operations of a large Investment Bank, usually incorporating Front Office, Market Risk, Operations and Finance.
You must be comfortable with liaising with groups and project teams outside of the Finance space, and have demonstrable experience of coordinating and collaborating with Finance individuals (indirect reports) to effect the proposed change. Communication is a huge part of the role and this post requires someone experienced at managing the fine balance between treating the same audience as your customer one minute and then as your indirect project resource the next.
A hands-on professional is required – UBS has a very flat projects structure comprising a suite of Business Analysts with varying degrees of experience and subject matter expertise.
