Director Level Private Banker; Russian / CIS Clients; Monaco
Leading global private bank based in Monaco, who are very aggressive in the Russian market are looking for an experienced senior private banker who is entrepreneurial to grow their business and build a book of Russian clients from their office in Monaco.
They have the ability to offer a very competitive package and depending on the experience of the candidate can offer senior VP, director or managing director level if the candidate has a solid business plan for the market. Eastern Europe is an emerging market and is of particular interest to many of my clients competitors therefore my client wants to target a candidate with significant experience in this market and with a sizeable portfolio to drive the strategy and growth in this market. Loyal clients and a focus on Russia is a prerequisite and to increase the banks existing reputation in the market. My client has a long history in private banking and the Eastern Europe market therefore has a dedicated team in place who have produced good results. The name is known in Russia to prospective Russian clients and with the increased wealth in Russia and Eastern Europe, my clients wants to capitalize on this and fill an active vacancy in the team whilst ensuring the candidate is of top quality. This is a specific search for the best candidates covering Russia in the market with:
• At least 7 years experience covering Russia and the Eastern Europe market
• Ideally 10 years private banking experience
• A book of 100m Euros or above and a European passport
• Large network in Russia and Eastern Europe
• Need to have a solid pipeline and a demonstrable track record in client acquisition in the Russian market.
• Previous and current experience managing HNW - UHNW Russian clients
