Director Level Solution Sales Hong Kong recruitment
A leading international investment bank is looking for a senior Solution sales person to join their desk in Hong Kong. This will be a position reporting to the Head of Fixed Income Sales APAC. This is a position to help build the Fixed Income business. The candidate will be required to offer more of a full solution service to clients rather than straight sales and must have an in depth understanding of clients needs.
Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge of Credit, Interest Rates and Equities Derivative Solutions.
- Coverage in any of the Asian markets (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, India)
- Tailor Solutions to support client needs
Skills/Atributes required:
- Good Option knowledge, Proficient skills in pricing model and EXCEL
- Fluent Putonghua, Japanese or Korean (or any other Asian languages)
- Display a high level of integrity
- Team player
- Must have a Masters or Bachelor Degree in Banking /Finance
- Around 5 - 8 years of exp in FI Sales, especially in a solution driven sales role
