Director Leveraged Finance / MA – India with an Investment Bank
Position Background:
• The position will be leading the Corporate MA and Strategy for a key geography for the organization.
Key responsibilities:
• Key member of team responsible for the organization’s acquisition, divestiture, IPO, joint venture and business development activities across all business segments in the designated geography.
• The position would manage various aspects of transaction execution process including target identification, financial modeling, due diligence, structuring, negotiation and review of transaction by the Bank’s senior management; develop relationships between both business partners and transaction counterparties.
• Lead a team that would conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess impact on earnings, capital ratios, return on capital and gain/loss on sale, among others; worked closely with capital markets, legal, accounting, tax, human resources, operations and treasury advisors.
• Must have completed key high-value transactions and must have played an end-to-end leadership role in accomplishing the same.
Experience:
• Overall 12-15+ yrs experience primarily within MA / Leveraged Finance,
• Very strong education background,
• Must be a key Corporate MA and Strategy member with the organization,
• Brings in a strong leadership style.
• Has the ability to build and grow teams.
