Director, Leveraged Finance
This is an excellent opportunity for a Leveraged Finance professional to join one of the world's most reputable brand names as their Asia Pacific Credit Director.
Reporting to the Global Credit Director and managing a team of qualified professionals, you will spearhead and provide strategic leadership for the credit function across their Asia Pacific operations. You will play an active role in developing, structuring and executing credit management and risk assessment strategies to maximise sales revenue and drive business performance. This is a highly visible role where you will interact closely with senior management in developing client relationships and managing credit related transactions.
You are a Leveraged Finance and/or Acquisition Finance professional with at least 10 years of experience gained with blue chip investment banks. You have a track record in originating, structuring and executing leveraged buyout financing transactions across multiple sectors and geographies. Prior exposure to consumer goods, technology and/or telecommunications will be a plus. Armed with strong leadership, change management and communication skills, you are able to engage senior stakeholders and provide decision support to enhance business performance.
