Director – M&A Corporate Finance Media and Technology recruitment
A boutique investment bank specialising in mid-market MA and corporate finance advisory to growth companies in the Technology and Media space valued between £20m-£200m are looking for a Director to join their team in London. Candidates will be rewarded with a basic salary, fee share of deals and equity.
The investment bank have a strong network of SMEs and Private Equity funds throughout Europe with a focus on France, Germany and the UK. They work on a mixture of buy and sell side MA mandates as well as restructuring and capital raising initiatives.
The senior team have top academics, many have MBAs from schools such as Harvard and INSEAD and have all worked for banks such as Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and Rothschild.
Requirements:
- Directors with 8+ years of corporate finance or private equity experience gained from a Bulge bracket bank, leading boutique or blue chip private equity fund.
- A passion for growth companies in the media, technology or related sectors.
- Excellent education with an MBA preferred.
- Another European language would be desirable.
