Director – M&A – Healthcare & Pharma recruitment
Focussed primarily on the mid-market space my client is a leading international firm with award winning teams across several sectors offering services in the full corporate finance advisory space.
The Healthcare team works on a mixture of MA (buy sell side) and capital raising deals and will also assist the debt advisory / restructuring practice on deals in the sector.
The team is currently made up of a mixture of people with banking, accounting and corporate backgrounds meaning there is a full range of sector knowledge and technical skills which has proved invaluable to winning and executing deals in the past.
As they are looking to grow the business they are looking for an experienced Director who can:
*Manage the day to day control of transactions
*Proactively assist in business development by instigating marketing activity
*Develop a position of trusted advisor with clients and counterparties
*Adopt a hands on approach to assignments
Successful applicants should be able to demonstrate:
*Excellent market knowledge in the pharma, medtech or wider life sciences sector
*Existing relationships within the investment and corporate community
*Extensive corporate finance track record in originating and executing deals
*Desire to grow a business
*Ability to manage, coach and develop junior team members
