Director/ MD
As part of the Natural Resources coverage team, the candidate will a team of bankers in advisory and origination of natural resources deals, with a focus on China, as well as provide support to the entire corporate investment banking division. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Lead origination and execution for China ? Prepare detailed client presentations covering both advisory and capital markets topics ? Prepare detailed financial models and valuations ? Coach junior bankers with daily and weekly analytical and industry research materials ? Lead transaction execution across all products with an emphasis on advisory ? Lead investment banking platform with research and presentation preparation Qualifications: ? 10 – 15 years’ experience in the MA, Structured Finance or Coverage team ? Experience in Natural Resources (Metals and mining, power preferred) ? Strong track record and relationships with Chinese clients and China ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Highly ambitious and strong presentation skills
