Director, MPS Portfolio Solutions recruitment

 Working with the Market Products Services (MPS) Technical Sales Team, MPS Product Teams, and Sales Distribution, execute a MPS cross Product sales, marketing, revenue retention and relationship management strategy ensuring at all times it stays aligned to the enterprise strategy. Lead and direct an integrated client investment portfolio and MPS product strategy with our clients’ and prospects’ front office/portfolio management groups. This covers Americas across all client segments. Global and Multi Market initiatives will also be a key component of the role.

Strategic engagement with the Investment Management (CIO) function of our clients and prospects organisations to provide market solutions to enhance the effective management, liquidity access, risk mitigation, and yield enhancement of their investment portfolios. Working with Chief Investment Officers, portfolio managers, treasury groups and trading functions (all Front office areas) create solutions that meet the investment strategies today and the long term investment strategies, whether by portfolio or multi market expansion.

Sales, Relationship Management, Information Gathering, Connect Discover, Strategy  Tactics, Value Proposition, Deal Management, Negotiation Strategy, Marketing, and General Management.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE

• Proven knowledge of portfolio management, market products and the wider financial industry

• Proven experience selling, managing relationships in complex, multi-level organizations

• Orientation towards disciplined strategic business development processes.

• Highly skilled in preparing written and oral presentations.

• Refined interpersonal skills.

• Expert negotiation skills.

• University degree, plus  CFA, MBA and / or technical equivalent

• The incumbent must be a polished individual, comfortable dealing in boardroom environments or with administrative staff.  An extremely detailed and diverse knowledge of business sectors, current business developments, market trends, financial products and services are required to effectively communicate with and gain the confidence of clientele.
