As Director Neuroscience Clinical Programs, imagine yourself... *Developing, implementing, and administering successful, consistent service line business plan strategies system-wide that profitably grow the Neuroscience service line. *Collaborating with market group leadership, care management and medical groups on business plan development, implementation and execution. *Monitoring and evaluating the service line performance and recommending and executing appropriate changes in plans to achieve optimal results. Assessing technology, reimbursement issues, market dynamics, and developing a three year business plan for the neuroscience service line. *Identifying new service lines, services, and program opportunities on a system-wide level that will create profitable revenue, market share growth, and benefit the communities we serve. *Developing, building, and maintaining collaborative relationships with physicians, hospitals, and medical groups. *Managing relationships with physicians to find new sources of programs/services revenue and for consulting with physicians on business opportunities, and practice growth and development. *Collaborating with physicians, clinical staff, care management, hospital administration, advertising, and business development system-wide to develop, execute and monitor key initiatives/strategies, enhance growth/referral opportunities, and enhance clinical programs. *Analyzing and interpreting results to lead to fact-based segment and service line development decisions. Using information and research-based tools to better understand the implications of market change and competition, and tracking system-wide service line key performance indicators. *Being accountable for the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets (expense, assets, production, projects).
