Director of Accounting/ International Controller recruitment

 • Lead sizeable team of over 50 Rackers in a high growth company, ensuring ability to scale and providing a high quality level ofservice to both external and internal customers, whilst providing a strong control environment along with accurate and informative reporting.

• Manage the daily, weekly, monthly communication of information between the leadership team, providing accurate and timely reporting. Making appropriate recommendations, exploring potential problems and advising of the impact on the business.

• Development of strong financial controls including policies and procedures, and monitoring of finance functions including KPI’s.

• Lead revenue operations teams including contract verification, billing, accounts receivable, channel partner and sales commissions.

• Lead accounting operations teams including accounts payable, treasury and payroll.

• Lead financial systems and process excellence teams driving system enhancements and process improvements.

• Lead management accountants in preparation andreview of monthly financial statements for UK, NL, Hong Kong and Australianentities.

• Closely work with US team on system improvements,process and reporting changes ensuring International requirements are met.

• Management and development of International reporting systems.

• Development of staff team leaders and managers.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (USGAAP), statutory, taxation, and parent company requirements.

• Ensure compliance with employee compensation inall International entities.

• VAT preparation and reporting to customs and taxplanning.

• Maintaining company insurances.

Desired Skills Experience

The Successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with strong technical accounting experience plus:

• Experience of implementing process change

• Experience of implementing new ERP solutions

• Experienced people manager

• Strong excel skills

• Strong IT skills generally, particularly knowledge of ERP systems

• Excellent negotiator and influencer
