Director of Business Development – Fund Management recruitment
Our client is a PRC investment bank, who recently received the qualification to operate the RQFII business.
Responsibilities :
- Identify prospective clients and follow up of investment services. Develop and execute sales plan to grow the firm’s client base and AUM
- Formulate and implement strategies to distribute RQFII products, RMB related products and China-focused investment products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional distributors, existing and prospective clients, with particular focus on regional institutional clients
- Coordinate with networks of parent company to explore market opportunities
- Keep informed of industry trend. Identify and develop investment products to match clients’ needs
Requirements :
- Holder of a good degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines
- Proven track record of at least 8 years of fund distribution experience in investment management firms, with good relationships with institutional investors in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea and Japan are preferred
- Experience in leading a sales team is highly regarded
- Good command of written spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
