Director of Business Development / IR

 

Client account focus will be on Institutional clients with strong Credit / Debt Allocation programs; including Pensions, Consultants, Endowment, Foundations, Sovereign Wealth Funds, FoFs, and Family Offices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing new business development opportunities, in addition to growing existing investor relationships.

Requirements

- Candidate must have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of Fund Marketing experience with a strong track record in Credit.

 

- Knowledge of Credit based strategies is a must

- Extensive North America Institutional Client relationships: Public Private Pensions, Consultants, Insurance, Endowment, Foundations, Fund of Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and Family Offices

- Candidate will possess a high level of oral and written communication skills

- Candidate will be enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently yet work comfortably as part of a close knit team

- Graduate of recognized university, candidates with MBA/CFA are a plus.

- Given client centric nature of role, may require travel up to 30% of the time
