Director of Business Development recruitment
Our client is one of the leading players in their industry, with their business focused on the consumer sector. They have been experiencing very strong business growth in recent years. Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a high caliber Director for Business Development to lead their expansion plans in the region.
You will be responsible for creating strategies to capture new businesses in the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you will be involved in identifying new business opportunities within various verticals. You will be involved in identifying growth opportunities in the Asia region. You will evaluate proposed transactions from a strategic and financial perspective and play a key role in negotiations and deal flow. You will perform financial due diligence into potential acquisition targets and assess their suitability.
This is a high profile role with good business growth potential.
Ideally you are a degree qualified with at least 12 year's post graduation experience gained from blue chip consulting firms, investment banks or multinationals. You would have spent recent years in a strategy focussed or business development, and have the experience in leading projects from an end to end perspective. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate a high level of drive. You possess strong business acumen and have a passion for business development.
