Director of Capital Management recruitment
This high profile new bank is currently recruiting for a variety of permanent roles within their newly created Treasury function.
The Capital Management team will be a team of 8 people and the most senior role is the Director of Capital Management which will report straight to the Treasurer.
The Director will be responsible for all aspects of capital management including the bank’s capital plan, ICAAP production, stress testing, capital forecasting, capital modelling, capital strategy, capital optimisation and representation of the bank externally with the regulators and ratings agencies.
This is a senior appointment which requires an experienced capital manager with a genuine breadth of knowledge across capital.
Given that this is a new bank you should expect the role to be very hands-on, rather than operating in just an oversight position.
