DIRECTOR OF CATARACT BUSINESS
At least five years ophthalmic medical device experience required. Strong knowledge of marketing, product branding, positioning, promotion, pricing. Experience in global marketing position preferred. Highly motivated and organized; capable of working independently. Able to work closely with surgeons and sales representatives in a surgical environment. Wide variety of experience with formal presentations. Excellent communication skills. Able to travel, air/land, domestically and internationally Ability to assimilate information quickly, make decisions and act appropriately in stressful situations, and make judgments in the best interest of the Company. Ability to interface with all levels of management and surgeons in a professional manner.
