Adecco Medical Science, a leading provider of contract and permanent staffing in the Pharmaceutical, Life Science Technology, Medical Device, and Health Care industry is seeking an experienced Director of Central Business Medical Office for a direct hire position within one of our leading medical clients in Los Angeles, CA:
- Responsible for the overall operational performance of the medical business office (high volume office)
- Manage all operational and financial aspects to ensure an efficient and effective revenue cycle, including oversight of patient registration, billing, charge and cash posting, follow-up, collections, payer analysis, credit balance resolution, and quality control
- Work with and report to the Vice President of the Central Business office and work in conjunction with the Vice President of Revenue Control and with Systems Maintenance Management
- Responsible for budget oversight and assisting with strategic planning and implementation
- Four-year college degree with 5-7 years significant experience in medical group practice revenue cycle management
- Strategic experienced executive with superb leadership abilities and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
