Director of Change & Strategy recruitment
Position Summary
Our exclusive client, a global financial services firm, is looking to hire a Senior Director to head up a number of their Change Management workstreams. Based in Jersey City, the role focuses on a number of regulatory initiatives over the course of the next few years.
Role Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 10+ years experience in financial services (ideally investment banking)
- Extensive Change Management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- A solid understanding of front to back global operations
- A strong understanding of new technologies and implementation
- A global understanding of business practices across financial services
- Strong presentation skills, with a good ability to turn raw data into meaningful insights
- A key understanding of the broad spectrum of issues throughout the business, and technology associated with a global investment banking organization.
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to provide solid explanations to senior management.
- Ability to drive initiatives, accurately provide faultless analysis, and confidence to be able to back up assertions at all levels
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, managing several analytical tasks/projects at once
- Excellent computer skills (expertise with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)
- Decisive management style, with ability to ensure a calculated and measured response is achieved by the organization to security threats
- Must submit to background check
- Must submit 3 professional references
- Must be able to work for any employer in the US directly without restriction or requirement for our client to provide a Visa
