Director of Client Services Job in London, London Uk

My client is the leading provider of digital media trading technology and services, and invented the demand side platform category ("DSP"). Led by a seasoned team of entrepreneurs, marketers, technologists and quants from such companies as Google, AOL, Yahoo!, McKinsey, DoubleClick, Havas and Rosetta.

 

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director of Client Services with exceptional analytical and communication skills to handle the company’s client and partner integrations. This person is responsible for actively driving and managing integrations from the technology evaluation and implementation phases to delivery and support. The ideal candidate will also manage projects using cross functional resources.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Build a team of Integration Engineering experts across the demand and supply sides of the business

·         Design and implement custom technology solutions (when necessary) to satisfy client or partner requirements

·         Evaluate clients’ media buying, data integration and technology vendor requirements, and develop integration strategies

·         Provide partner technical assistance and product education

·         Conduct product presentations, demonstrating how a product meets client needs

·         Opportunistically gather market requirements and deliver to product/engineering

·         Liaise with other members of the Platform Solutions, Product, Engineering, Business Operations, and Business Development teams

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or any analytical/ quantitative discipline

 Experience and Skills required:

·         4+ years relevant experience in advertising industry technologies

·         Experience designing and implementing API client libraries

·         Familiarity with scripting languages (Perl, Python, Ruby, PHP, etc.) and database management systems (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, etc.)

·         Ability to conduct thorough data analyses and generate clear, concise, and comprehensive presentations

·         Strong knowledge of the advertising industry technology space

·         Consultative technical sales approach in selling complex aspects

·         Diligent work ethic, Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done

·         Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills

·         Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding, and fun entrepreneurial environment

·         Must be able to travel 40-60% of the time (frequent day trips, semi-regular overnights might be required)
