Director - Client Services (Trust)
Our client is a leading international fiduciary company with a truly global pedigree and operations in some of the world's most premier business centres. They specialise in the formation and long-term management/administration of companies, trusts, funds and wealth management services to private clients.
This individual will have a wide range of responsibilities and also play a key role in supporting and implementing their broad business development strategy. As such, they will be expected to:
- Attend and contribute to all management, statutory and other meetings
- Ensure that all business is conducted in line with the transparency, company policies and high standards expected of the firm
- Make valid contributions to policy development and review
- Oversee and actively engage in staff coaching, appraisal, performance review and development processes
- Ensure that all staff are given appropriate training and reviews
- Undertake regular business and client development visits to the UK and abroad
- Keep up to date with the latest products, competitors and geographic market conditions to identify business leads and areas to target
- Prepare detailed presentations and effectively market the company and it's products to key decision makers
As such we would like to invite applications from individuals with the following profile:
- At least 10 years experience in a trust/fiduciary management or administration environment
- At least 1-3 years in a director-level position
- Either a recognised accountancy (ACCA, ACA) or Law (LLB) designation
- Proven staff and team management experience
- A demonstrable record of business development and client onboarding
