Director of Commercial Finance
A large international developer of Real Estate is looking for a Commercial Finance Director to assist with the running of a small London finance team and MA activity.
The role forms part of a significant investment in the London market from a business which is a major operator internationally, but is yet to fully develop its presence in London. As such, this represents a major opportunity to have a broad, strategic role in a well backed, cash rich international business.
The position will take a financial lead on all new acquisitions, of which there are many planned. It will also support the team with the financial management of new and existing businesses. This will including analysing contract profitability, producing budgets and forecasts, setting up financial systems and processes and producing financial models.
The ideal candidate will have experience of performing due diligence in the Real Estate, construction or hospitality sectors and will have a broad financial skill set beyond this.
Candidates must be resilient, agile, intelligent, influential and articulate.
