Here is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced nurse to function as the Director of Critical care Services at a highly reputable hospital in the area. This position will oversee a 10 bed ICU and a 25 bed Stepdown unit.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Reports to the CNO and looks over a 10 bed ICU and a 25 bed Stepdown unit with over 50 FTE’s.
- Must have 2 years recent Intensive Care Unit management or director level experience
- BSN Degree required, Masters highly preferred
- 5+ years of ICU clinical staff experience preferred
- ACLS, BLS required
The ideal will have a BSN and have recent experience working as a Director of Critical Care Services in a hospital setting. A strong ICU Nurse Manager will be strongly considered.
