Our client is a European Finance Group and a Leader in the Insurance market. To provide strategic direction to business units through better understanding of customers and driving effective customer campaigns, a newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Campaign Management professional to join the Regional Customer Marketing team, based in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Customer Marketing, you will be responsible for campaign planning, management and execution to enhance customer experience and channel performance. You will work with the business units to identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition, cross-selling, up-selling through all distribution channels and work with customer intelligence team on customer analytics, insights and segmentation. You will plan, implement and monitor campaigns and channel marketing activities as well as to evaluate and improve their success. Additionally, you will have responsibilities in customer retention strategies, customer communications, customer contact strategy and identifying touchpoints to increase sales opportunities and improve customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to assist on business growth, working directly with business and product leaders with opportunities to influence sales strategy and sales process.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A university degree
- Minimum 12 years relevant experience in Customer Campaign Management, Customer Marketing, Customer Strategy, Customer Acquisition, Multi-Channel Management and / or Direct Marketing
- Experience gained from Insurance or Retail Banking would be ideal
- Experience gained from other industries with an agency / franchise / dealership sales model would also be considered
- Strong project management and delivery experience
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
