We are looking for a full time exceptional, hard working and experienced Director of Customer Service and Office Administration.
Position is available in Wynnewood, PA in the Main Line area (15 minutes west of Philadelphia).
Responsibilities
- Manage and fulfill all online orders by learning and mastering our e-commerce site and FedEx shipping portal
- Plan, outsource and manage in-store demos around the country by following current SOP
- Respond to customer service emails and phone calls regarding orders, product questions, etc.
- Responsible for general office administration tasks
- Represent the company at industry, community and promotional events
Qualifications
- College degree (B.A or B.S)
- 2-3 years business experience preferred
- Self-starter that is goal oriented and willing to work in many aspects of the business
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service performance
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Consistent follow through
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
