Position Purpose: Oversee the e-Business strategy for the Foundation. Take the lead role for the Foundation in producing and using digital capabilities to promote mission, outreach to existing and new audiences, and drive revenue. Work extensively with all departments to execute the strategic plan on the Internet and mobile platforms. Oversee internal communications and efforts involved in content development and production of new sites and platforms. Work with external sponsors on executing joint e-business strategies.

Position Responsibilities:

Oversee on-line strategy for the Foundation. Coordinate and lead efforts of area content experts and internal staff to continually enhance and maintain an innovative and up-to-date website which supports the Foundation's strategic plan.

Work with CMO and SR VP, SMAC and others as appropriate to develop goals, plans, budgets, cost/benefit analyses priorities and policies for the Foundations' web presence. Oversee development and maintenance of 52 sites, 5 major sites and a minimum of 7 micro sites.

Work closely with Marketing department to build sites, re-launch sites, support CRM, support direct response, lead enhancements for online fundraising applications/usability, lead efforts in second life, product development of current sites, chapter event sites, mobile integration, tracking/reporting/metrics, development of electronic assets and executive co-marketing programs.

Oversee a team of producers. Oversee relationship with design and developer team. Create and maintain e-communities and fundraising platforms.

Manage a staff of producers and project managers, consultants and facilitate work with the IT department

Create an e-Business strategy and Develop new digital projects, including social tools, mobile properties and micro sites to enable that strategy.

Oversee maintenance and support of current digital properties including web sites and apps

Provide support for e-marketing and analytics. Analyze results and develop ways to further improve traffic, revenue and engagement

Qualifications Required

Previous E-Business experience.

Supervisory and Management level experience.

Experience in: Project management, functional requirements documentation, e-business, implementing metrics and measurement systems.

Internet expert.

Excellent understanding of content management systems, ideally some knowledge of Open Text, online usability, programming languages, design, production, etc.

Strong planning skills.

Excellent communications skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and build effective working relationships at all levels.

Ability to manage budgets and client relationships.

Experience with customer facing and commerce sites required.
