Director of eCommerce recruitment

Main responsibilities include:
- Managing 50+ reports
- Identify, evaluate and prioritise business/strategic opportunities
- Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Identify areas for growth
- Manage project timelines to ensure delivery and satisfaction
- Build strong relationships
Main Requirements include:
- Ideal candidates will have a proven record in a similar position
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of eCommerce experience
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Mandarin
- Experience of managing and leading sizable teams
- PC or technology hardware industry background highly preferred. Will consider exceptional candidates from the eCommerce Consumer Industry.
