Director - eMarketing
The Director - eMarketing is responsible for overseeing the eMarketing activities performed by their delivery team. The Director actively collaborates with the Vice President to ensure the Delivery Team’s goals are met and/or exceeded and provides input to ensure correct staffing of accounts. The Director is also entrusted with leading all phases of their assigned projects including account planning, organic SEO (Google Analytics configuration, key word research, competitive research, 301 redirects, page optimization, sitemap optimization, link building, local listing implementation), PPC Management, eMail Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Syndication, Conversion Optimization, and other strategies. The Director actively leads solution definition within the business development process for complex projects - including facilitation of sales meeting, client discovery, solution development, proposal creation, project estimation, and client presentation. Furthermore, the director actively leads business development process to increase their team’s client portfolio - including handling of assigned inbound sales inquiries, opportunity identification, solution development, and gaining client commitment for contract.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Project Delivery – Actively implement marketing deliverables for up to 3 assigned accounts; Develop online marketing plans, goals, and budgets for assigned accounts; Actively implement recommendations for organic search engine optimization, pay per click advertising, display advertising, conversion optimization, content syndication, multivariate testing, link building, email marketing, and social media; Research and create custom marketing programs as necessary; Analyses analytical data to determine effectiveness of marketing campaigns and edits campaigns as necessary; Produce monthly eMarketing report and lead monthly strategy calls with accounts; Participates in quality assurance for all eMarketing efforts and provide QA support for other departments. Meets weekly with direct reports (Senior Account Managers / Account Managers) to review accounts, strategize on account plans, prioritize account tactics, critical success factors, and identify risks; Attends selected client strategy calls for purpose of coaching employees and adding strategic insight/value to individual accounts; Assigns tasks, sets priorities, and provides guidance in the completion of tasks and deliverables; Tracks and escalates issues as appropriate. Actively manages project resourcing for their delivery team and the facilitation of resourcing across team if necessary.
• Business Development/Estimation – Leads solution definition within the business development process - including facilitation of sales meeting, execution of sales meetings, client discovery, solution development, proposal creation, project estimation, and client presentation. Actively leads business development process to increase their teams client portfolio - including handling of assigned inbound sales inquiries, opportunity identification, solution development, and gaining client commitment for contract. Consistently meets or exceeds sales contribution requirements.
• Customer Service - Contributes ideas, develops solutions, and communicates effectively to with internal and external customers; Work in a team environment to ensure that all arrears of solution are in sync; Visualize solutions and communicate within delivery team; Identify opportunities to exceed client expectations within applicable project budget. Facilitates understanding of customer issues when escalated and resolves accordingly.
• Leadership, Innovation and Training – Facilitate Weekly eMarketing meeting inclusive of training activities, vendor introduction, success stories, lessons learned, and new process rollout; Directly manage eMarketing staff; Assist Senior Account Managers in solution definition; Perform Senior Account Manager annual reviews; Actively monitor, mentor, and provide guidance to cross functional team members; Serve as subject matter expert on Bayshore Solutions delivery methodology, products, and Intellectual Property library; Lead efforts to continually update and improve Bayshore Solutions eMarketing methodologies; Contribute to Bayshore Solutions intellectual property library; Identifies, defines, and implements new/enhanced firm policies and processes; Actively pursues self-education and research project opportunities.
• Administration – Record project time into project management software on a daily basis; Meet billable time utilization expectations while executively managing team to meet their individual time utilization goals ensuring individual and team profitability goals; consistently adhere to Bayshore Solutions’ company policies.

Education and/or Experience:
• Demonstrated experience managing the delivery marketing services for web based solutions.
• Experience managing a team of technical/creative individuals providing solutions in a professional services or agency environment.
• Experience identifying and resolving complex technical and business process issues.
• Demonstrated experience leading the entire business development process including prospecting, opportunity identification, solutions definition, project estimation, and client acceptance.
• History in the execution of core HR management duties including interviewing, new employee orientation, delivery of performance reviews, identifying/ executing on training opportunities
• Knowledge of various Content Management Software (CMS).
• 6 - 10 years of experience in delivering marketing services for web based solutions.
• 3 - 5 years of experience estimating hours necessary to deliver web based solutions based on functional specifications.
• 1 - 2 years of leading Business Development initiatives with assigned sales targets.
• 3-5 Years of experience managing multiple employees delivering solutions in a professional service environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
