Join our Leadership Team and help us build a replacement hospital - a $146 million project, 231,000 square foot, 65 bed inpatient unit. This new and exciting position will include interaction with the design and construction team for the new replacement hospital.
Responsible for the planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the Facilities, Clinical Engineering and Security for The Corning Hospital, HealthWorks and other satellite properties. The Directors' primary job responsibilities include the following general areas: maintenance, security and clinical engineering operations, code compliance, planning, design, construction, finance and personnel management and administration.
The Director will have an understanding of the operation and maintenance of building systems including, but not limited to the following: HVAC, Refrigeration, Steam Hot Water, Medical Gas, Electrical Distribution, Emergency Power, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Medical Equipment, Safety Security, Elevators, Groundskeeping.
