DIRECTOR OF FACILITY OPERATIONS #1360825
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all aspects of facility management of NVIDIAs Santa Clara campus
- Budget accountability for Santa Clara operations
- Matrix responsibility to the Director of International Real Estate in establishing best FM practice and operational consistency across our WW portfolio
- Matrix responsibility to the Senior Manager of Project Management and Planning in defining space requirements and implementing projects
- Management of our key outsourced vendor relationships for facility management (Cushman Wakefield) and food service (Aramark) respectively
- Maintain a network of peer companies, vendors and organizations to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
- Develop and coordinate satisfaction surveys to determine how well our services are meeting objectives
- Collaborate in defining NVIDIAs energy and sustainability objectives and program
- Industry best practices and metrics defining operational performance
- Business continuity and emergency management
- Operations of critical environments such as data centers
- Strategic vendor management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of estimating and cost associated with various system applications
- Knowledge of Building and Fire Codes
- 7-10 years in a similar role within a multi-national corporate real estate team
