Director of Finance and Operations recruitment
They currently have a new role for a highly motivated individual to lead their finance, compliance and operations team in Edinburgh.
Role description
This role reports to the CEO and is responsible for the management, monitoring and delivery of key functions across the business:
- All areas of regulatory and financial control for the private client and fund operations
- Preparation and review of financial plans
- Leadership and management of all corporate functions within the business including: Finance, Risk, Compliance, IT, Projects, Investment Administration, Facilities, Legal and HR
- Growth and development of the business through strategic projects
- Management of team and relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- CF10 (Compliance), CF10a (CASS) (not pre-requisites)
About you
The successful candidate is highly likely to have the following:
- A professional finance qualification
- Investment administration experience with significant exposure to compliance, risk and operations
- Strategic perspective
- Highly developed leadership skills
- Strong results focus and drive to ensure achievement of standards and objectives
- Strong analytical perception
- High levels of interpersonal and influencing skills
- Commercial focus
