About the Client:

About the Role:
- Direct overall strategic plans, direction, focus and oversight for all operational activities related to account KPI s in order to achieve business objectives.
- Provide a full range of management control including policy setting, monitor and control business performance to ensure best practices and business excellence is implemented throughout.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and responsible for the planning, forecasting and budgeting
- Administers ad-hoc analysis, modeling and reporting for special business cases
- Administer high quality reports for the company to set overall strategic plans, direction, and focus for all operational activities related to account performance and market projections
- Involved in discussion with and presentation to senior key decision-makers on the performance of different business units.
- Develop key metrics, including scorecards, KPI, benchmarking and productivity analysis
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Strong analytical skills, the ability to make financially sound recommendations and the ability to build and
maintain strong relationships. - Significant experience with design of operational metrics to support strategic plans, dashboard design and benchmarking/standard industry practices.
- Thorough knowledge of business intelligence tools to support the reporting and monitoring of performance metrics.
