Director of Finance Performance Management recruitment
Key Responsibilities
• Provide timely and efficient performance comments and analysis using Regional Business Reviews documents from Regional production hub for South East Asia).
• Prepare APAC monthly revenue flash reports for financing business lines
• Prepare APAC monthly financing management reports
• Responsible for South East Asia forecasting and budgeting process under Regional process implementation
• Responsible for South East Asia reconciliations process between Management Accounting and Accounting
• Participate actively in APAC Performance Management project:
• Assist in any ad-hoc management requests related to SEA PM function – close working relationship with APAC PM teams
Requirements
- University MBA or equivalent
- 8 - 10 years of Management Accounting experience gained within the banking industry.
- Knowledge of accounting for banking product revenues.
- Proficient in MS office applications (Access, Excel...) – Macro knowledge (able to create and develop macros)
- Excellent communication skills – Ability to develop a Relationship with Top Tier Managers (CFO, COO, CEO, Head of Business Lines / Supporting Functions)
- Prior successful Management Experience
- Strong analytical skills, proactive and autonomous
- Good organisation skills, can handle tight deadlines
