DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL SERVICES...
...will ensure private payers are billed accurately and timely, will maintain accounts receivable at accepted levels, and must sustain all residents billing information. Other duties and responsibilities include:
- Preparing daily deposits
- Entering weekly accounts payable
- Assisting corporate personnel in preparing accurate, timely and meaningful financial information
- Assisting in the preparation of the yearly business plan and projections
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelors Degree in Business with a major in Accounting or Finance
- MBA Preferred
- CPA Preferred
- At least four (4) years of relevant finance or accounting experience
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and general ledger maintenance required
- Experience in the Healthcare industry with strong knowledge of Medicare and Managed Care billing
- Experience in financial statement interpretation
- Strong leadership skills required
- Expert skill level with Excel required
- Experience in driving expense management effors
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience in the following financial systems and tools is a plus:
- PeopleSoft Financials
- Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Clarity or other budget development software
- Expert skill level in Excel and financial modeling is required
- CareMedX and Vision or other healthcare patient tracking and billing systems
