Director of Fundraising – Private Equity recruitment
My client is looking for a Director to lead fundraising for a new PE fund that will focus on China investment.
Responsibilities will include:
-Provide advice on, and co-ordinate fundraising strategy and timelines, fund structures, fund documentation and terms.
-Responsible for review and co-ordination of marketing material, presentation packs and investor events.
-Control the communications program for potential investors including presentation of reports and other events, liaise regarding investor requests and feedback.
-Co-ordinate the answering of due diligence questionnaires and also portfolio update presentations.
-Manage and maintain investor relations and develop strong relationships with investors, liaise with investors and other connected parties.
Requirements include:
-Previous investment fund raising experience for private equity fund.
-The ability to work in a small team, take significant responsibility and be able to exercise sound commercial judgment.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Outstanding communication skills.
