Job Description:
Non-profit housing development and property management organization serving individuals with special needs is hiring to fill its full-time Director of Housing Services position. This position provides the leadership, management and vision for the Housing Services Division.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Applicants applying for the position must have a master’s degree plus LISW, strong background in leadership, organizational development and fiscal management with a prior history with affordable housing programs. Applicants should also have a prior background with collaborating and partnering with social service providers throughout Columbus and Franklin County. Applicants must be knowledgeable in the Stages of Change approach.
