As the Human Resources Director you will work closely with the leadership team with the following duties:
· Managing and creating company HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance
· Administer and oversee compensation and benefits program
· Lead and organize the entire training department
· Manage employee relations through involvement in new hire orientation, terminations, disciplinary actions processes
A successful candidate must have all of the following criteria for consideration:
· BA degree, preferably in Human Resources
· A minimum of 5-10 years Human Resources experience
· A dynamic, energetic attitude with the ability to be assertive when needed
· Must reside in or near Cedar Rapids, relocation is not available or considered at this time
