Primary Job Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Director, HR Business Partner, will concentrate in three primary areas: People Strategy Organization Effectiveness, Change Leadership Coaching, and Senior Executive Employee Relations Support. Core role and responsibilities will include the following: Advise and influence senior leaders on the business strategy by helping leaders to identify where their organization can and should invest resources to increase business performance, engage in the business strategy assessment and review and reflect and raise concerns around strategy delivery capabilities. Facilitate effective people strategy development discussions with leaders and help them forecast and plan their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy. Build organizational capability for competitive advantage by helping senior leaders identify organization issues, conduct organization assessments, develop strategies and roll-out initiatives that directly address the needs of the business. Develop a best practices ?toolkit? and manage the creation and development of metrics and ?scorecards? to enable and enhance functional stewardship of organizational development and change as well as to determine the success and impact of organization development and change projects. Anticipate change and influence and support organization change initiatives, organization design and change management strategy. Translate and implement defined HR strategies into regionally/locally applicable action plans and ensure compliance with local legislation and regulatory requirements. Liaise and consult with the Centers of Excellence. Monitor and measure progress to ensure HR investments made by the business unit deliver value. Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives. Provide HR support and consultation concerning employee relations issues to all levels of management. Coach individual business leaders to become world-class leaders and increase their performance. Ensure that a strong leadership and coaching culture is developed across the organization. Act as a liaison with business and HR leadership to resolve highly complex issues and challenges Support recruiting, interviewing and selection process. Share knowledge about global HR trends and best practices across the organization and continuously develop and enhance personal and team capabilities.
