Director of Human Resources recruitment

Specific Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of employee focused activities, employee engagement and organizational health; provide regular updates on employee matters to CEO and Executive Team
- Serve as member of Executive, Senior Management and Strategic Planning teams; serving in an advisory role on all human resources and employee related matters
- Oversee all aspects of staff recruiting including sourcing, pipeline management, candidate screening and interviewing process, reference checking and on-boarding
- Serve as central point of contact on all employee relations matters • Initiate and implement all firm organizational development plans including performance, talent and skills reviews, gap analysis and development plans; serve as key enabler to moving the firm toward its Knowledge Centered Business goals
- Manage all compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local jurisdictions through development and oversight of HR policies and practices, maintenance of HR records and documentation, training on compliance matters and other related requirements
- Coach and advise managers regarding policies, procedures, work-related conflicts, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, terminations and legal guidelines
- Serve as liaison to FOX’s Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and co-employer
Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; Master’s degree in Business, HR or related field preferred; SPHR certification preferred
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience, with an emphasis on organizational development and staffing

- Planning skills – ability to develop and execute plans to implement business solutions and to develop change management programs to support all new implementations
- Decision making skills – ability to use fact based decision making tools resulting in high quality decisions and recommendations; ability and willingness to be held accountable for decisions made
- Informing, discussing and interviewing skills – ability to effectively share and receive information on a variety of topics and updates; demonstrate comfort in conversations with all levels in the organization; ability to help others feel at ease and to obtain pertinent information from key stakeholders, business partners and potential candidates
- Effective written and verbal skills – strong written communication skills needed for sharing critical business information across the organization, and effective verbal communication needed to reach all levels of the organization
