PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
This Director level position reports to our Senior Vice President of Operations and has responsibility for leading a team of implementation project managers who are accountable for managing the on-boarding experience for new and existing clients using project management methodology to ensure predictable revenue and client satisfaction results.
Partner with our Sales Team to support acquisition of key accounts;
Deliver on-boarding experiences that lead to lifetime customers;
Build a high performance organization focused on project management methodology, delivering predictable revenue and cycle time improvements;
Recognize client needs as opportunities to provide additional solutions and increase revenue;
Develop a bench of individual performers and team leaders to support our aggressive growth plans.
Experience Requirements
- BS degree and 5-10 years of relevant experience with a healthcare solution provider;
- Management level experience with 3-5 reports and multiple sub-reports;
- Significant relationship skills for interfacing with clients, Senior Staff and ZirMed Associates;
- Track record of creating an energized and empowered team
Desired Experience
- MBA or Masters degree in a Health related field;
- Sales experience with a service provider;
- Exposure to Six Sigma or other TQM process improvement methodologies
